Mothers Day flowers from my daughterenlaw arrived after the fact..she had to call the store..when they came the arrangement was thrown together haphazardly and the card stuffed down in the middle of the flowers..not the nicest looking flowers ...she ordered flowers last Christmas and i Never received the arrangement..this is such poor service for the money charged...

We ordered flowers for our Brothers funeral. His viewing was Mon August 10th. 2020. The flowers showed up at 1 oclock pm, Viewing was at 2 . The flowers were wilted ribbons were absolutely horrible . We had to tape the father , brother , on the sashes. They were falling off . At the end of the viewing , the roses were dying off they putin the casket spray fromhis daughter. They were wilted over the grennery was falling out on floor . Come to find out the co owner Connie , had teenagers 17 year olds do them . I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Me and my aunts went to order flowers(which the shop was very narrow and looked like it could cave in at any moment. THE LADY CONNIE ALSO LIVES IN THE BACK OF THE SHOP) for my fathers funeral. Come the day of his funeral, the flowers looked HORRIBLE!!! Wilted and hanging over. We ordered a full coffin spray and it just sat in the middle. I should not have had to tape “Father” back on the banner at my fathers funeral. The banner that was suppose to say “loving son” said “loving soo” my 5 year old nephew could have done better. And

I ordered flowers thru FTD.com who used this place to deliver a flower arrangement. Needless to say, it was disgusting and embarrassing to see what was delivered to my recipient. The arrangement looked nothing close to the picture on line. I understand substitutes may be sent but this was inexcusable. No wonder your average rating is 1.6.

1. Online is a bunch of BS
2. Did not deliver saying that the recipient wasn’t home. Since when do you have to be home to go receive flowers? Anyway my mom was home all day and said no one knocked on her door and it was her birthday so she was kind of expecting a knock. Nothing. Also if that’s the case, I left my number as the contact why didn’t someone call to notify me that no one is answering or if they have to reschedule for the next day? They’re trash.
