Kell's left my young daughter and I stranded for nearly five hours last night, waiting for help they said was coming, but was not. AAA called Kell's to respond to our call after my car broke down and the driver lied multiple times to AAA about being on the way and then lied about arriving to help us, saying we didn't respond when he arrived, not just once but twice. We were right there, where would we go?!l To make it even worse, he supposedly sent a picture of my car to AAA to back up his lies that he arrived and we didn't respond. AAA would not send me the picture so I don

Terrible communication and customer service.
2nd time trying to use this company. Definitely the last.
1st time was through AAA. Was told multiple times "driver will be there in 15 minutes, waited 2.5 hours. Finally, we left the keys for the driver and he picked up 6 hours later.
This time, was told I didn't have to be present, driver would call when he arrived and I could pay him over the phone. No call, no text, no nothing. Car is still here.
Just called company and they stated they were busy. I get that, that's great. Why not tell me that in the first place? Could have made

Mario told me a price of $95 for a tow. I told him no thank you, as I have had the total quoted at $60 previously. After a pause he said well I guess we can do that if you want. To clarify I said the $60? He said yeah we can do that if you want. I said sure let's do it for the 60. Well the truck showed up, not the 60 minutes later or less, but 80 minutes later with a tow bill of $75. Classic Bait and Switch tactic. I will stop recommending them. The driver was doing 60mph+ in my neighborhood and nearly wrecked my neighbors truck, but was otherwise polite.

Ive had two experiences with this company and without doubt can tell you that the female office manager is the nastiest woman ive ever known! The driver Robert is a real nice guy too with a real big hunk of hall monitor power and im too short disease to be somwhat cordial. neither one of these two individuals belongs in customer relations, He had made out to me that he was the manager and my complaint ends with him. in his words he owned that yard. however, let me say this they had another guy that by a blessing he worked there. This guy accomplished in 5 minutes what neither of them could

Omg!!! They are OUTSTANDING!!! Called because I needed a tow. I called on a Saturday and rather than telling me what the other RUDE towing companies did, he said if he had a driver he would but did not have one available. SO, on Monday, they were my 1st pick! I had a tow driver named Mr. JAMES he ROCKED!!! I was able to go home that day thanks to them. They were reffered to me by several friends in the area. If you need a tow CALL THEM!!!!
