Lincoln Park Family Physicians also offer Nutrition Counseling, Sports Medicine, Minor Surgery Procedures, Preventative Measures (Well Adult Care), and Urgent Care. We also perform on-site laboratory services, as well as specimen collection and delivery to reference laboratories. Although most medical problems can be diagnosed and treated by your Family Practitioner, some conditions may require referral to a specialist.

Services
A Family Practitioner can provide care immediately following birth, both in and out of the hospital. In addition to evaluation and treatment of illness, this care includes routine well care (focusing on growth and development) and immunizations. Continuity of care is provided through adolescence and into adulthood.
Appointment times are on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:00am and 6:30pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00am and 4:30pm, and on Fridays between 9:00 am and 11:30am. We strive to see all patients on time for their scheduled appointment. If you are a returning patient please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in.
At Lincoln Park Family Physicians (LPFP), we care for patient finances as well patient health. In an effort to inform patients of our financial policies and procedures, we provide this handbook. I've been a patient here for over 25 years. I started there when Dr. RUBE was there. Dr. T was there too. The staff has changed a few times but I'm sure that happens everywhere. I've never had a problem getting an app. When needed able a few times. I love Dr. T he's great. They have always taken good care of me.....

I’ve been going to Lincoln Park Physicians for many years - maybe 6 or 7. And have referred many people, becasue of how great I thought they were.... But today, I received an unexpected letter that Lincoln Park Physicians was dropping me and that I was no longer able to receive care there, because of one unpaid $100 bill. This bill was originally unpaid, because they were sending the bill to an address I hadn’t lived at in years. I didn’t even know about this bill til months and months later until they sent me to collections. How was I suppose to know? They didn’t send an email or make

Dr. T caused brain damage after making an error with medication. Costing me a month in the hospital and brain damage. Unwilling to face his mistake then terminated me as a patient. As if I was ever coming back anyway... No thanks. When I requested to speak with him his office manager refused my request. If that's the way you treat a patient after causing injury that's pathetic!

I have never come to this place without some sort of miscommunication happening amongst staff or with patients. There have been errors with prescriptions, scheduling, wrong tests being ordered and lack of ability to answer patient's questions. Very disappointing. My only positive experience has been with Wendy.
