My experience using Primetime Roadside Assistance on 6-3-13 was excellent! My technician's name was Dan. I talked to him several times throughout the day and made an appointment for 6 pm. He arrived in a timely fashion and was very courteous, professional and quick. He quoted me a reasonable price and took care of my automotive needs. He gave me excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the company's services and what they offer. I will definitely use Primetime Road Assistance again and highly recommend you to others. Dan deserves a raise!

I needed a tire changed yesterday and they arrived within 15 minutes and finished the job in about 5! I've never seen a tire change so fast! Dan was so nice and friendly which was so refreshing based on other roadside assistance companies/people I've dealt with in the past. I normally don't write reviews but I was so impressed I had to make sure I shared my experience!

Fantastic experience. After I called, he was there within about half an hour, and unlocked the door easily. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, and the convenience. He was even able to create an extra set of keys for us on the spot! Awesome service, and I will use them in the future if I'm ever in a bind!

Called PRIMETIME to have a chipped Toyota key cut and programmed. They scheduled an appoinment for a couple of days later and showed up precisely on time. The tech, named Dan, was very friendly, fast, efficient and profressional.
All-in-all, I now have my replacement key and best of all - it cost about half what the dealer would have charged and I did not have to leave my house.

Called for a friend who was stuck in Raleigh at 2:30am and was going to pay for the service for her. Told the guy where she was and asked how long the wait would be, then when I told him that it was for my friend he asked for them to call even though I was paying for it he then said "I'm not getting out of bed at 230 in the morning for a mystery call." Maybe if he would've been nicer about it I would've told her to call but no, I got a smartass response.
