Short version: These guys were great, and super helpful, they've earned a customer.
I had purchased a new car from a dealer which was under warranty. I brought my car into Cox Car Care for a quick once over to see if anything was amiss. The guys were super helpful, looked over the car, and let me know it needed an alignment, but everything was clean and unless I had specific concerns, it looked good. I appreciate the time they took to look over my vehicle.
I will be returning to Cox Car Care in the future.

I had the car in for inspection after purchase and he found a puncture in my tire as well as rusty brakes. He was able to repair the tire right away for a very reasonable price and scheduled for the brakes later.
He was honest when it doesn't benefit him directly and fast with a needed repair at a good cost. I will return.

Was recommended to these guys buy patrons who have used them for. 20+ years . They were nothing but amazing at what they do, friendly staff especially Randy and Adam. Had to drop off my car today (26th august) as I attempted a fix myself and not sure what I did , but they took my car in and as usual I am sure they will do there thing and get me Taken care of.

Bob, Adam and staff have performed services on multiple vehicles of mine over the years.
They have always delivered, been great and effective through out these many years. They have 100% looked after me and my vehicles each and every time and I have never felt not once taken advantage of. Even in times of small needs. Would I recommend? 100% yes!

At some other places, you might be worried if mechanics are over-charging you, quoting you services that you don't really need, or generally misleading you.... not at Cox! The staff at Cox is 100% honest - they treat your car as if it were their own. They are personable, reliable, and provide fast service.
They've done it all for me! Oil changes, A/C repair, leaks, new tires, tire rotations, inspections, battery replacement...

I never write reviews, but had to leave one here. Unexpectedly had to deal with a dying car battery today, and came by Cox without an appointment. They were able to help get it taken care of and I was out of there within the hour. Friendly service and no push for extra services- highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

My 2013 Honda Pilot started making this very loud intermittent noise the day of severe thunderstorms/tornado watch. It sounded like some tree debris got caught rubbing against some mechanical moving part when I accelerated. I needed to get my car inspected for a car sharing service, and it had to be from a place that was ASE certified. I was turned away by FIVE different local shops before I found these guys. I needed my car inspected so I made an appointment today. I arrived on time and they took my car in immediately. I was finished and 12 minutes! As expected my car passed and the charge was $30. I would highly recommend Cox car care for your annual car inspection. With an appointment it is hassle free.

Traveling from out of town. Woke up at hotel with flat tire. Found these guys along highway. Arrived at 7:30 no appointment. Bob took my car right away. By the time I came back from breakfast he had tire fixed, spare and jack put away, and car already to go out front. When I got the bill I was more than pleasantly surprised. I was charged beyond fair. As someone who is on the road a lot I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided.

These guys are a group of "Throw parts at it and see if it works" mechanics. Ask questions because the will rip you off if you let them. This was an absolute awful experience. I broke down on the side of the road and called for a tow. My car is an older car (1999) and I knew that I wanted to go to a decent mechanic and one that had good reviews and some history, plus one close to my home. I chose Cox Car Care based on their reviews (which I swear have to be mostly fake) and their BBB rating. I had the car towed there on Wednesday at 2:00pm. They told me that they would have an estimate for me within an hour or two and that it could potentially be fixed the same day.
