Stay away. They charge you an application fee of $80 plus a 'holding fee' that's NOT refundable. Ridiculous. Nowhere on their website when you're making the application does it say it's non-refundable. The application fee is already high compared to other apartments in the area which are around $50. If they can't even communicate that to new applicants I wonder what else is there.

Got displaced a year ago from what was my dream location as a music student next to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Lived there for 4 years, then this company took over & the rent tripled without much mindfulness of the residents that were there already, just an offer to reserve a spot when the renovations were finished without any real indication of the new price tag (turned out to be 1450$, up from $550). The interior decorators / design team did a great job renewing the place but apartments are quite small and just not worth the price tag. Asked if i could bring it down to 1250$ so I could afford

I move back on October 26! Shout out to Elise and Misty! I met Elise a few weeks ago, her personality was booming, heart warming, and she makes you feel at home. Can't wait to move back. I'm close to all festivities, wholefoods, downtown, Q-line, bus. I'll be living 3 blocks away from my job. I can walk to work. Can't wait to see my old neighbors. We are one big happy community. We watch out for one another. I'm so happy! Great place to live!
Had to edit my review. I am a returne after living here for 10 years, I was not given a chance to see my apartment before I moved in, until I signed lease
