Each woman spoke, and all of them said they would do something different than what they were doing now. All of them said they would change their jobs, become painters, or aestheticians or travel. As I listened to this conversation that should make me excited to answer I just felt dread. When it was my turn I was the last one to share.
From intimate backyard weddings that I photograph alone, to over the top destination weddings with a team of photographers, I am happy to create a package that fits your coverage needs. No two weddings are the same. I am available to meet in person in my in home studio in Hartford, CT. If you want to meet me sooner there is typically more flexibility in scheduling phone / Zoom / Skype / FaceTime meetings-most of my clients book this way!

Simply put, Carla is the best in the business! We searched far and wide for a professional wedding photographer, carefully analyzed the work of lots of CT photographers (through WeddingWire, Google, regional bridal expos, etc.), and interviewed several of our top candidates. I reached out to Carla to shoot my elopement at Hartford City Hall a few weeks before the planned day and boy am I glad she answered!!!

Carla was INCREDIBLE, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She shot my wedding and we did an engagement shoot with her beforehand. She was an absolutely pleasure to work with and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Her energy was amazing and she was so easy to work with. Carla is an absolutely amazing photographer. She did our engagement photos and I was blown away by every aspect of the experience. She made us feel so comfortable and helped us find the right poses. Her recommendations for location were phenomenal. She even helped us wrangle our dog as we walked from site to site and was very patient with all of us.

Carla is truly remarkable at her craft, and made me and my husband completely comfortable on our wedding day (even though both of us aren't fans of the spotlight!). She was also incredibly responsive and flexible considering our original wedding plans changed due to COVID, but she made the experience so special and easy, I couldn't have asked for more! Carla did an incredible job photographing our wedding! She was very organized and professional. We had an unconventional wedding and Carla was able to adapt to the changes in location seamlessly. I chose Carla to photograph my wedding LONG before I was even engaged. She photographed a friend's wedding at a venue I was also looking at and I immediately fell in love with her style and the pure quality of the images she produced- specifically the way she captures natural light. I have seen a lot of others try to photoshop this into their photos and it just tends to look so fake! Every photo Carla takes beautifully and naturally captures the moment so that it doesn't look fake or staged.

My husband and I were so happy with Carla's photographs of our wedding. She took the time to really understand what we wanted from our wedding and focused on making sure we got the pictures that were most important to us. She was very understanding of the unique circumstances that having a wedding during the pandemic presented and made sure our guests felt comfortable while still capturing the joy of the event.
