Critical: Responsiveness
This business is dishonest. Six weeks ago I pre-paid to order a replacement part.The check was cashed the next day. This business will not answer my calls. They have my money and have never completed the repair, my washer is still broken. DO NOT TRUST this business.

This is a scam company. After inspecting my broken stove, he took my check to order a part so that they could repair the stove. They cashed my check and then never showed up to repair the stove. Every time I try to call them, they never return my call. We noticed that the back of the check we wrote to them is not endorsed and there is no way to track them down. I want to take them to small claims court but can't find them since they are a scam company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

They told me my oven was fine and working. They said it’s normal for the gas to turn off rapidly during preheating and that the igniter was fine. The igniter actually was the issue I had another company repair it. They would not refund me. It’s pretty sad that I can diagnose this but a technician cannot, maybe someone should pay me $89.00 for a real diagnosis.
