Eric helped me to fix my dryer heating problem,he said control board is bad, then give me a link to order the parts, then come back to help me to installed it. but my dashboard is blank after he installed the new control board. wrong parts? he promise to contact company to solve this issue, but till now 3 weeks already no respond ,now matter i called him and text message,he did not respond to me.i really get tired for that. i spent $430 total parts and labor, i should buy new one. irresponsible!!!!!!!!!!

I reached out to GE to have my café range repaired I was told that it would be at least two weeks before somebody could come out. That’s when I decided to call All-Star. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could come out the next day. They were friendly, honest, on time, and got the job done. I’m so grateful and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I was so happy with All-Star, super professional, great price (did not overcharge at all). They fit us right in and were on time. We used them to fix two appliances in a rental property and they were great with our tenants as well. They will definitely be our go to company for any further repairs! Highly recommend!

The repairman Eric was prompt and apparently very knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He diagnosed my problem and explained it to me in layman's terms. His explanation of the repair process was reasonable and satisfying. He gave me different options as far as price and time frame. The best thing is He worked hard to get the repair done even quicker than expected. This was my first time using this company but it won't be my last. They also have a cool slogan...."Making appliances great again!"

This guy is truly a psycho. We have the same story as others, but in his excuse making via text Eric went so far as to try to tell us he'd been depressed and he was starting meds... To try to gain our sympathy for his scammy behavior, all the while doing this to hundreds of other people. Straight up thief.

I highly recommend this business under the following conditions: 1) you love GAMBLING, because you never know if you are going to get 5 star Eric or 0 star Eric, 2) you like working with businesses which have an F rating with the BBB, 3) you love how Donald Trump screwed all of the contractors who worked for him (note that Eric signs-off to his good reviews with a twist on MAGA) and you want to get screwed.

I called for service on a Samsung refrigerator where the freezer was icing up in a rental property. They quickly went out, told me I needed a part and within a few days said the repair was complete. I paid $306 for the repair. They said they left the breaker off because the ice was still defrosting. When I went back I flipped the breaker on. Let me start with most important- he (and I say he because though it is called All Star Appliance it is a one person shop) has F in BBB. If only I had done my due diligence in advance, but alas I was taken in by 4 star rating on Google (only thing I can figure is he puts the reviews in himself).

We called All-Star Appliance Repair to fix our refrigerator and now, over a month later, they have been to our house 4 times and it is still not fixed. We originally called them because our refrigerator/freezer wasn't holding it's cool temperature. Each time, the guys spent no longer than 5 or 10 minutes looking at the appliance and said it was this or that, they "fixed it" and we had to defrost the entire thing.
