Description Of Work: Our clothes dryer was not heating, and he came out and replaced the thermal fuse and 2 stage cycling thermostat. Gilbert was great! He took the time to walk me through the issue with my fridge to even see if it was worth his time coming out. He then came on out, and because he was able to narrow down the problem over the phone, he had the proper part with him (an inverter) and replaced it. He even texted back the next to to make sure it was still working properly. And the price was reasonable as well. Crest was definitely the right choice!

Mr. Rubin replaced the fan in my fridge for $286. 6 months later the fan is not working again. He obviously installed a refurbished low quality motor. The fan was making a constant "washing machine" sound since it was installed, and now it's fried in only 6 months.

Gilbert was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my broken GE refrigerator without having to order a part or go back to the warehouse, he had the part (and a few other usual suspect parts) with him. He even texted later in the day to ensure there were no issues after he left. Great service, will use again for other appliance repair needs.

The fan motor in our refrigerator was making loud grinding/squealing sounds.
Whew I called, the technician was already in the area, and came over after he finished the job he was at.
He was able to tell us what was wrong, and had the part in his truck to replace the failing fan motor then and there.
Very polite, kind and courteous.
Everything was done and cleaned up within 40 mins.

I would highly recommend Crest Appliance Service. I have used their service several times over the last 7 years with complete satisfaction. Gilbert Rubin is a rare commodity, an intelligent, honest and capable individual who cares about his clients. My recent problem was a 2 yr old gas dryer that suddenly wasn’t drying clothes. There appeared to be some heat but not sufficient. I called for an appointment and instead of coming out and charging me for a service call. He asked questions and gently walked me through some things to try first. He thought it might be just a clogged vent. My husband

My gas dryer stopped blowing hot hair (it was two days before Thanksgiving, and I was leaving town). Gilbert went out of his way to make a same day appointment. Within 30 minutes he had my dryer working good as new. He was professional, kind, and knows his stuff. Very reasonably priced and a super nice guy! Highly recommend Crest Appliance Repair.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday and we called and left a message with Crest Repair. Being a Sunday, I didn't expect a return call until Monday. Not the case - within an hour Gil called us back. He asked several questions of what happened and he felt he knew what was wrong. Unfortunately, he did not have that part on his truck and the warehouse was closed for the weekend. Monday morning Gil was at the door. He evaluated what was wrong and already had the part. Less than an hour and it was working. He said he would have been here Sunday if he had the part. The cost was super reasonable

My refrigerator stopped blowing cold air today, and I needed to get it repaired same day. I called Crest and Gilbert Rubin (owner) replied and was able to come to my home same day to repair. Gilbert was able to diagnose and fix the issue (motherboard died) in less than 1 hour time. He even called later that evening to follow up to make sure everything was OK. I was very pleased with the service here and would not hesitate to contact Crest for your appliance repairs.
