The property was excellent. Great location to the ski resorts in Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyon. Grocery, liquor, restaurants, and shopping right around the corner. The spacious garage gave us plenty of room to store our skis and park. The bedrooms were large and had plenty of room to spread out our ski clothes and dress for the day. Washer/dryer allowed us to clean and dry our cloths. And the kitchen had all the right things to cook up some great meals. We have used Utah's Best Vacation Rentals 8 times over the last few years. We love Paradise Village! Each home we have rented is clean and has everything that we need. We needed a little help with the pool key this last time we stayed and within an hour they had someone there to help us. My kids love the pools. We love house #7 it has a great location and big kitchen. We will definitely keep choosing Utah's Best Vacation Rentals anytime we are in the St. George area.

We loved our stay and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Each house was well stocked, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed many rounds of pool, shuffleboard, the hotline, fire pits and the BBQ. Between the two homes, we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the many bathrooms made getting cleaned up and ready a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family ski trip and stayed in this lovely rental. It’s close to the airport and close to the ski areas! It was so clean with lovely furnishings. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit with my grandchildren. So happy we stayed here. Oh…and almost forgot we loved th spa too!

I held a Women’s gathering retreat here and we all LOVED the place! I was looking for a place that was bright, open and could allow connection, creativity and celebration and this place offered all of that and more! Now we all want to go back and take our families! Highly recommend for a big gathering. All the bells & whistles here and worth the price!!

We had a wonderful time at Draper Utah’s best vacation house. The location was great. We feel safe around the area and it’s close to stores. The space was huge like it is big enough for 20 people! We are very comfortable and the basement was great for fun and games because people upstairs can’t really hear us. The amenities was amazing!! There’s nothing we can really complain about this location. It’s very luxurious with a very reasonable price. The only down fall was that it only has 3 shower baths. For us being 20 it will took us awhile to get ready in the morning. But other than that

We rented #82 in Paradise Village in St. George and it was awful. I have rented at least 15 other homes in that community over the last few years and always had good experiences. This time, the house was not at all what I expected. They furniture was old and very used, the TV’s were very small and were very hard to use. The pans in the kitchen we’re so old they had the Teflon flaking off them, half of the shower door was missing, linens were stained, community hot tub was green, etc… this was out favorite place to stay in St. George and now we won’t be going back. This house exceeded our expectations! We loved the space and how there was already Netflix and Disney+ on the TV ready for my impatient children. The hot tub was perfect, as well. Very clear instructions from the owners and very easy to stay here! Definitely coming back.
