Skilled nursing care is a high level of medical care that must be provided by trained individuals, such as registered nurses (RNs) and physical, speech, and occupational therapists. These services can be necessary over the short term for rehabilitation from an illness or injury, or they may be required over the long term for patients who need care on a frequent or around-the-clock basis due to a chronic medical condition.

The staff are very uninformed not helpful or knowledgeable in any way. The person that is in charge of patients care and plans is too busy to call anyone back after a week of trying to get a call back and a refusal to see me when I picked up my mother in-law saying she was doing rounds but would call us still has not found time to do her job. Cereal was served to her one night for dinner as staffing was not available and no contact was made to our family to see if we wanted to bring in dinner for her. Paper work that we requested for help with her medical bills never got filled out as they where

Don't recommend at all. My mom was there and some employees lack commen sense. They would leave the phone where she couldn't reach it , A LOT. Wouldn't answer the help button in a timely manner. When they moved her from the quarantine side to the other it was worse. Bedside toilet with no side support, very unstable. She was scared to wards use it for fear of falling. Some employeescare, most don't. .Asasoumore I'll post it because people need to know

My Dad was at Bell Fountain for two months after spending 3 weeks in the hospital. He at that point could not walk and his speech was very slurred. Unfortunately for my Dad because he could not communicate well with the employees and he was mistreated. The staffing was very inconsistent on the weekends and his care was jeopardized because of it. Multiple staff members did not follow Covid protocol with wearing of the masks. At one point a CNA yelled at me through the window when I asked her to put her mask on and said she didn't need it because she tested negative. My Dad and I'm sure other residents

Avoid this place at all cost. Certain staff is rough and rude. Call light ignored day or night. Can't get basic, basic requests to be honored such as having a phone within reach of a stroke patient. This is the only way for my mom to have contact with family. My mom had been up in a wheel chair for 3 hours and had asked numerous times to be put into bed. I personally observed the CNA come into the room, ignore the request stating she had to pick up trays. Never came back. I called to request someone put her in bed...no one for 15 min. I had to call again and get stern till finally someone to showed

My mother is currently a patient at Belle Fountain. Very compassionate group of care givers, my mother has been treated with respect and dignity. Everyone is friendly and helpful,  rooms, dining area, bathrooms always clean. Every concern and question has been addressed in the moment. The staff are always friendly and always stop to ask if there is anything we need. My mother is clean and dressed everyday, her hygiene is 100% on point.  The Rehab therapists are very patient and caring and always encouraging. We would recommend them for rehab and long term.

Absolutely horrible! My mother stayed there a week and a half pending surgery. The staff, save for a few CNAs were extremely unfriendly, and did not administer pain medication in a timely manner. She sometimes waited more than 2 hours. She was often left without sanitary care for hours on end. They almost never listened to her needs, and to get anything done, i either had to call (sometimes never being able to reach anyone) or physically show up. Then, after asking them why her needs weren't being met, i would get a barrage of excuses and absolutely no accountability. She is fortunate to have family

My brother was a patient here several times before he received a second liver transplant. The care he received was by far the best he had from any other facility. The therapy department was fantastic working with him and he would not have recovered as well without their help. The nurses and nurses aids were very adept, kind and did their job well. I would not have entrusted my family member to any other facility. The care he received at Belle Fountain made all the difference in him surviving and recovering from a second liver transplant. I will forever be grateful for the excellent care and emotional

My grandmother was a patient of this facility in October 2012, and she was very pleased with the care she was given. She was there for therapy after heart surgery. The staff was always pleasant and answered her call light in a timely manner. She enjoyed the meals, and she loved playing bingo. I have since recommended the facility to several friends after their procedures (as recent as July 2016), and they have told me that they have had great experiences as well. I highly recommend checking out the facility as an option to send yourself or loved one for inpatient therapy.
