Services
Quality Behavioral Health, Inc. (QBH) is a non-profit organization that has been providing services to those suffering with substance use disorders since 1995. QBH now has two outpatient locations in Detroit and Sterling Heights, Michigan. Our agency provides treatment and support for those beginning the journey of recovery and throughout the early parts of treatment.
At QBH, we know how important it is to ensure you're getting the proper treatment, depending on what personal or narcotic issues are troubling you. We have designed a number of sufficient and life-changing programs that are proven to be effective and long-lasting. All of our patients will meet with a counselor prior to committing to us to go over the different services we offer.
Residential treatment is a highly structured program designed to assist in beginning your recovery process. Treatment provides you with the tools necessary for you to gain an understanding of the disease of chemical dependency and to develop the skills necessary to establish a drug-free life. Your progress will be evaluated in increments of 30 days.
Withdrawal is the process by which the body clears itself of drugs and is designed to manage the physiological effects of stopping drug use. During the withdrawal process, the main goal is to provide relief from withdrawal symptoms while adjusting to a drug-free state. We provide withdrawal from alcohol, cocaine, heroin and other opiates.
Traditional Outpatient Services include individual and family counseling, by appointment only, for individuals who do not need the structured environment to actively participate in services. This is a less serious service that we offer to anyone that may require psychological help for any personal issues that they may be going through.

This place is a joke and the owner mr.naveed only cares about money there's only 1 counsler there for over 50 clients and if you aren't going to there aftercare facility they won't help you in anyway the food is awful the place is dirty and the only people who actually try to help is the monitors who were clients themselves less then 4 months ago.while I was there they had a big covid outbreak and instead of shutting the place down and correntine they only let 4 ppl in a day..like that would help.he would let in as many Macomb people that would show up tho because he gets paid more for them

This place is great if you need an immediate detox in order to transfer to a proper facility. There are no windows, you will be denied calls, and the owner works the staff which consists of past clients to the point of callousness.

This place is horrible no professionalism at all very few groups, all they want is the money from your insurance company. I wouldn't recommend QBH to my worse enemy.
