My fiancé and I just signed the lease and we are very pleased with our apartment so far. April in the office is amazing and worked very hard for us to get approved. My fiancé moved from out of state and she worked with us to get all of the paperwork taken care of. We struggled to find an affordable place which is hard to come by in Dickson county these days and we were very blessed to find Madison Ridge. The apartment is clean and the floors are brand new and really nice. This is our first home together and we are very happy with it.

Been here 8 years. Great place to live. Management has regular grounds keeping, regular inspections to address concerns, and quick on repairs. Since I've been here so long they redid my floors and it looks amazing. Going from carpet to vinyl makes it feel like a new apartment and the carpet in the bedrooms is lush and beautiful. Thank you.

Love living here! Quiet and clean! My children love the playground area and pool area! My apartment is very nice. Spacious closets. Large bathrooms and bonus large storage closet. Staff has always been very nice. Any maintenance issues have been resolved and fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living here!

Great place to live. My husband, myself, and our kids have lived here more than 10 years. My mom lived here for many years before she passed away as well. Grounds are well taken care of, no trash littering the complex. Any problems- which I rarely have had- taken care of immediately in terms of other neighbors or maintenance issues. There are basic rules to abide by just like all Apartments. Its quiet and IMO one of the safest apartment complexes in Dickson. Great neighbors that are more like family and let me know if they see anything out of the ordinary. Not to mention zoned for a great school

I have lived at Madison Ridge for two years now. I moved in as I was having my first child and it has been a safe place for the both of us. The office staff does absolutely everything possible to help out, and if there’s ever a problem it’s fixed in no time. I highly recommend this apartment if you want a safe environment and respectful management.

I have lived at Madison Ridge for 3 years! It is a great place for a family to live. April and Brad are amazing people! They have always been on top of things when something needs fixed or if someone is doing something they are not suppose to, it is handled immediately! April has always been so kind and caring toward my family! I could not ask for a better home for the last 3 years!

Have lived at Madison Ridge for almost 20 years. April is more like a sister than a manager. Madison Ridge is the absolute safest complex in Dickson to live. Very quiet and safe . And problems are addressed immediately and Brad does an amazing job keeping the grounds well manicured. Whenever there is a maintenance problem he is right on top of things.

From the first moment I signed my lease I have been pleased with the property, the office staff, the maintenance staff and even the neighbors I have. All general maintenance issues I have experienced have been fixed in a timely and efficient manner and everyone has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex to my family and friends if they are ever in need. I just can’t say enough good things about it!
