Used to be a decent place to live but new management doesn't seem to care. A lot of people are in and out with a stay at home order, dealing drugs and being very loud. Turning into the projects and not a safe place to live. Manager doesn't seem to care, she is just drawing a paycheck for doing nothing. Mailbox has been broken for a month and nothing is being done. We pay $1000 a month and it is definitely not worth even $800 a month. Good luck

Terrible place to live! Amenities are a lie! Was told there was a pool to be open and that was false. Maintenance spends more time picking up trash than fixing things! And never finishes jobs. Moss and ivy is all over the buildings with no effort to erraticate it. Threatening letters are left on doors to everyone for trash in the area but the dog waste bends are overflowing. Dog waste is all over the complex especially on the fence line. $25 per piece of litter by your home. Office manager takes more smoke breaks than hours working and is extremely rude with passive aggressive door notes . Presentation

Nothing get a fixed. My air has been messes up for weeks now. And I live in an upstairs apartment. Door racing's chewed up from previous tenants. Speeding. Management making false accusations . Improperly dressed and dirty hair on manager. No amenities available and the rent is way too high and being raised yet again. Horrible place to live. Want out of lease with no reprecusion since they don't honor contract why should we have to.

When I first moved in four years ago it was great and peaceful here and there was no trouble but when the second manager that I met while living here took over it has become hell at this apartment complex. I have had vandilism of my car multiple times and my daughter's bike was recently stolen. The lock was cut. I would advise not moving in here,too, due to the fact that parents don't watch their children. They just let them run wild and be disrespectful.

Autumn Park Apartments is a great place to stay, this is a community for low income, Autumn Park is a great starting place for you and your family, living room and kitchen are large and a beautiful patio and a small storage place and large bathroom this community in Dickson give me and my family comfort. The dislike is children make a lot of noise in the breeze way.
