My wife and I have lived here for a year and have just renewed our lease. We love our apartment and the office/maintenance staff has been responsive. My neighbors are very friendly and we feel safe where we are. The one problem that we have and confirmed by other reviews is that the noise level between apartments needs to be corrected. The noise is not the usual music/TV/talking etc. it is the heavy walking on the floors above and the disrupting sound of rushing water in the drains as the toilets are flushed in the apartments above. We have gotten used to it but it can certainly be annoying when

Overall pretty quite! I would have to say we live in one of the best building within the complex. We are on the bottom floor and the neighbors above us are rather quiet. It’s been a good experience so far. Love the gym and definitely the pool. I do wish there were 2 pools, can get crowded at times.

Moved in from out of state my son lives here at Ashland Farms hence I too moved here. The ladies in the office are red carpet staff, top notch and eager to help a person settle in and feel welcome each time there is an interaction. The buildings, the grounds and the amenities are all brand new. My advice is give them a try you will feel at home if you like good people. Thank you ladies and Dale.

My husband and I recently moved in to Ashland Farms. We absolutely adore our apartment. Shelby was so helpful at showing us multiple apartments in different buildings. We were never rushed and she answered all of our questions with patience. If she didn't know the answer she was quick to find the answer by reaching out to her property manager. The ladies of the office are very respectful and helpful. I have already recommended this establishment to multiple friends of ours.
