My daughter and son live in your apartment complex currently. They have been there for 1 month and have made multiple requests to have their oven fixed, but have still not had anyone come by to assist. This is absurd to me & unbelievable. Not only does their oven not currently work making it difficult to cook at home thus spending unnecessary money on takeout, their dryer isn't drying properly. What does it take to get someone to actually assist them? I would not recommend your housing to anyone.

The apartment itself is alright. The neighborhood has gone downhill over the years with police cars frequenting the complex and surrounding various apartments. The management office is very slow to assist and doesn’t seem care that I can’t access my resident portal. As long as they get their money they could care less about the residents

I lived here for 3 years while I was going to school, and just moved out a month ago. The townhouse floor plan was spacious for four roommates, and having 3.5 bathrooms was great. There's also a bus stop right outside of the complex that will take you to campus in 10 minutes. The bus comes by every 15 minutes, which is also nice. Also, before Hunter properties took over, management was great!
Now for the bad stuff. The amenities in our townhouse were low quality. The cabinets were peeling, and the appliances are cheap. The whole townhouse had a faint soggy smell when we moved in, and we could

I lived at Regency Court for 5 years. My roommate and I were graduate students and model tenants. While we had some standard issues during the first few years at Regency Court (I'd give it 4 stars for those years), the unbelievably bad experiences we had once Hunter Properties bought it are the reason I have given the complex 2 stars. Before I get into that, I would like to mention that we did have a lot of space and I loved having a big kitchen. The closets are also a great size.
I can't go into everything here, but some highlights of our bad experiences include: Our air conditioner completely

Lived here two years. Maintenance was great most of the time and speedy. Staff was usually friendly. Pretty peaceful and quiet. A nice little walking path behind the apartments too that follows a little stream that's lovely to walk by especially when it rained recently. May main concern is that I was charged over $400 when I moved out for issues. I won't lie and say my apartment was 100% when I moved out (more like 95%?) but the issues that were unable to be fixed by myself were not worth the $400+ to fix. Maybe $100 or less? I recently paid for this bill and am awaiting confirmation that it's
