Highway robbery. If the room HAD been $49 it would have been a reasonable value, but our room was $150+!! for a no-tell motel room, after the owner added surcharges thru his website he forces you to. It was highway robbery. Total ripoff. I was there in person to make a reservation and he wouldn't take it, he made me go to the website where they added $50+ per room to the rate as some sort of service charge that is surely kicked back to him.

i explain but i just came by blah blah blah
Way rude man is yucky yuck yucky and I have to glean what top of the hill looks like.
I drive around building twice

The room is average
tiny kitchenette with microwave counter and fridge - bathroom standard - beds awful - that's my only real complaint with the room

I really liked this place - usually I stay at Best Western or some name hotel/motel but thought I would take a chance. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed with full bath and good sized TV. I really wish the pool and patio area had been open (closed due to COVID) as it looked so nice. My air/heat worked fine - no issues there. I did not see any roaches as other reviews indicated.

Worse customer service ever!!!!!! When I checked in, it almost appear that it was an inconvenience to them! A day later, I locked myself out of the room and went to the office to get a key only to be greeted with a horrible attitude. Once I checked out, my card was charged extra, I called the office and they say "yeah yeah, I refunded" with an attitude. I informed the guy at the office that they have horrible customer service and his reply was "yeah yeah, I know. If you don't like it why you stayed here?" BELIEVE ME, I will not be staying at that place. It is sad because the actual place has potential

Too bad you can't rate with NO STARS. Room was so dirty. There was a termite infestation, the swarm wouldn't leave the front door. The towels had black dirty stains on them. Manager didn't care. Wasn't interested in getting new towels. The shower was so grimy that you can tell where the dirt was obvious all over the shower. I don't think it was ever cleaned before.The AC didn't cool the room and the day was in the 100's not a comfortable situation to sleep in. Manager saw my pictures and I could tell by his reaction he didn't care. This is a complete dump

Stayed there July 2nd and July 3rd 2021.
I would actually give it a negative 5 at best. Where to start mainly 90 plus degree weather and no air conditioning and the unwillingness of the management to move us to a different room.
Two of the wall outlet plugs were pulled away from the wall and not safe to plug our cell phones in.
Mold in the bathtub was disgusting and smelly.
Bathroom towels were old and had stains on them, just wondering if they were even washed? probably not which made me wonder about how clean the sheets were....
The tile or porcelain floor was not mopped, I walked

Cheeky, cheeky establishment leaving 'Motel' from their name. Booking online this looks like a legitimate and clean place to stay, but I assure you it is not. I wold avoid if possible. We have two men knocking at our door with shopping carts and a room key, apparently front desk forgot that they have given out our room- it's only because the men saw our car that they decided to knock, otherwise they may have came right in and scared the hell out of us.

Stayed here,its clean and quiet ip away from the busy street- I will give it that,it needs better lighting,some paint,better communication ,front office said nothing about internet access,I had to make 2 trips up and down to the office,their are roosters in a neighbor farm( so know that) ,refrigerator leaked mgr told me to stick a towel down to dry it up..its the next day and still nothing is done about the problem,phone does not work in the room either, microwave smells like burned popcorn. This is definitely a "no tell" motel. I think it must have been featured in many episodes of COPS.
We needed a place to stay for a wedding we were attending nearby, and booked a room based on the website photos. When we arrived we knew immediately that we had made a mistake. We inquired about canceling but they have a 72 hour cancellation policy. We were promised that our room was recently renovated, so we decided to give it a go.
This place is disgusting! Since pictures speak louder than words I took a few for your perusal.

-Did not feel safe, so I couldn't sleep (sounded like someone was trying to enter the room ALL night)
-Dirty/stained carpet
-Nasty EVERYTHING

The fastest check in I've experienced. The room needed some TLC though. The carpets were disgusting and had several stains. We never took our sandals off. The mattress and pillows should be replaced. You can tell they are very old and worn. The towels should also be replaced. The pool and hot tub looked gross and dirty to me even though the water was clear.
On a lighter side, the water pressure was good and the water was warm. There were full length mirrors and plenty of light to do my makeup in the bathroom which can't be said for every motel.
