Randy has inspected two homes for me. He is thorough, honest, and kind! He is THE BEST in our area. I have witnessed another home inspector in the area use fear mongering and even advertise “home inspection & renovation” which, in my mind, is a conflict of interest. Fosters Home Inspection understands codes and regulations and applies them appropriately when inspecting homes. Randy Foster is honest and true.

The furnace is installed on the ground and is a fire and carbon monoxide risk and nothing was said about it also air conditioner coils were clogged and was not reported and the hot water heater was not up to code but not reported I would not recommend using this home inspector. Inspector said he couldn't turn on the air conditioner because it was too cold outside but the Ac man said that's not true it can be turned on long enough to make sure it's working.
