A home inspection is an objective, professional visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. Our home inspectors will determine the condition of the home's major systems at the time of the inspection, based on a visual inspection of accessible features.
Most people go to the doctor to get an annual checkup to find out the condition of their body. If there are issues, the doctor may prescribe medication or a certain procedure. The same goes for your home. If you have lived in your home for 15+ years, you should have it checked out by a professional just like we do for our own health.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection is performed when the homeowner is considering placing their home on the market for sale. The Pre-Listing Home Inspection is initiated by the seller or selling agent and is typically paid by the seller. The cost of a Pre-Listing Home Insection is about half the price of a General Home Inspection and targets the big ticket items of the home.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We'll come out at the eleventh month of the purchase of a new home and perform a full home inspection before the builder's warranty expires. With our comprehensive report that includes information on any material defects observed, along with photos, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his sub-contractors to their warranties while they are still in force.

I was trying to secure a Home Inspector for a Pre- Dry Wall Inspection on a New Home my client is purchasing. We need a pre sheet rock and a final inspection. Could not believe they do not do Pre-Sheet Rock inspections. 25 years in this business I would never advise a client to forego a pre -drywall inspection.

David did an inspection on a home I am in the process of purchasing. It was pouring rain out when he had to inspect the outside of the home and he didn’t skip a beat. He was so friendly and nice the whole time. He took the time to go over things he found and answered my questions. His report was meticulous along with pictures to document. David was an amazing inspector. Very thorough & explained everything in simple yet extensive detail. Report came back next day. Seriously.. I don’t think the guy would have missed if a single grain of rice fell in the vent. He was awesome!!
He was also very ethical. I am buying a FSBO & owner was there for inspection. David kindly refused to answer all the questions owner had & only gave inspection details to me.

We picked this company based on their reviews and they absolutely delivered. We had to reschedule twice and they were so kind to fit us into their next available slot and sent a reminder email which was greatly appreciated. Enough about the prelims onward to the actual inspection.
First impression: pleasant, professional and punctual the big three.
The inspection was appx. 3.5 hours. David was respectful of our home and very thorough. In fact he told us a thing or 2 we didn’t know about our 13 year old house e.g. we didn’t realize the lock on the bathroom door on the first floor was in operable

I called VisionQuest Home Inspections after a house fire occurred just two houses down the road from my own home. As firefighters were putting out the fire, we got word from another officer that the fire sparked from a bad bathroom fan motor and could have been easily prevented.
