The housing market is still a jungle and cash buyers are king in 2021. One thing about cash buyers is that some of them will buy these homes as is, and without an inspection...but I'M NOT THAT GUY. I was looking for another property and Justin with Sharp Eye Inspections was the man for the job.
Justin Was available when needed and worked well within the agreed upon due diligence period. Even when the seller wasn't always available when agreed, Justin stuck to his stated times and got the job done throughly.

Justin is incredibly thorough. He took his time going through the house we are purchasing & brought many things to our attention we were not aware of. Justin came very highly recommended and we are so happy with our experience with him! When the inspection report came back, it was in an easily readable format complete with the pictures Justin took, which helped to make it clear which part of the house/which issue he was referring to in the description. Justin and Chase inspected several properties I will definitely continue to recommend their services to my buyer, sellers, and friends. As a Realtor it is important to have an inspector in your network that is detailed oriented, dependable and trustworthy. As a matter of fact, he took a late night text request for an ASAP home inspection for a client that is getting married this weekend and managed to work them into the rotation to have the home inspected today! I was in the process of having a home inspected and two inspectors fell through. They didn't answer the phone and gave me no return phone calls! I was sitting at the house in the driveway waiting for an hour and a half and just so happened to look on yelp and found Sharp Eye Inspections and Justin was there within 30 minutes! He was very thorough with this inspection! He broke everything down so I could understand it in layman's terms and he encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed to! Sharp eye inspections was recommended to me by a friend/prior happy customer. After contacting several other inspection companies, Justin's rate was the most affordable and his service was excellent! He was very courteous and professional on the phone AND in person. He was timely for the appointment and went over his inspection in detail with me. He encouraged me to ask questions, which I believe is a sign of a great business! His report was very thorough and detailed. Although the contract fell through with that property, I'm going to use him again on a new property. Highly recommend
