I live in one of their property currently and I never hear back from them, their employees come and open your house door without no announcements. From inside my bathroom to where my washing machine and water heater are it’s sinking in really bad I have told them multiple times and they only thing they had someone do is put foam where it’s lifting, I have never been late on my rent and even with this pandemic going on, I will NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO THEM.

The stated complaint is inaccurate on so many levels. First, we had a professional mold company to look into the claims of mold and mildew and there was NO mold or mildew present. The tenant stated that the HVAC was not operating properly, so the owner had a new system installed, that cost $7,000, just to make the tenant happy. With the new unit in place, the tenant kept the home at a temp of 65°, during the summer. It was like a meat locker in this home.
Secondly, If I was to show the Move-Out pictures from the tenant, acting as if they had clean hands, that alone would show a loss of all credibility

We rented a home in April. The home has flooded multiple times in the basement and has had a history of flooding that we were never told about. It took the property manager a while to address the issue. Every time it rains, it floods. Water was left sitting in our basement to dry up on its own. We were without AC for 12 days because the owner of the home did not want to spend the money to fix the AC unit. She stated the home was not worth the investment. After threatening legal action, they replaced the AC unit. A lot of our property was damaged when the basement flooded. You can smell the mold
