Terrible experience! This guy would not answer any of my questions or help explain things so we could get our house sold. Very rude and not understanding at all of our situation with tenants in the house! I would never use Shane to help me buy or sell anything I own! Please find someone else who is patient and kind and able to help answer questions without being rude and condescending

I live out of state and Shane, whom I never seen in person only by phone, has been my Contractor, and my Representative who has acted on my behalf to prepare my home for the market. He removed old furniture and trash left in the home; replaced broken windows; replaced carpet, installed new flooring, light fixtures; HVAC system; put on a new roof and made sure the massive yard was ready for this home
