We have been working with Chris since 2017 and she has been fabulous. She has been managing our property in Smyrna very well. Found us some real good tenants with proper background check and who would meet our conditions. If you want to have someone care for your property like it was their own then work with Chris Holland. We have worked with several property managers and none come close to Chris. She is dedicated, professional and looks out for the owners best interest. Rent is deposited on time, repairs are made in a timely manner, her bookkeeping is meticulous and she holds the tenants accountable for the property upkeep. Chris Holland saved my sanity when I had to sell my home. My husband died unexpectedly, and trying to keep up the house and yard was just too much for me.
