DO NOT use Gilbert X Garcia with Appraisal Pros LLC for your appraisal. he will not keep his word and won't return calls or do his job. Very shady and has left my son out money and the buyers homeless.

My experience is very negative with Coronado appraisal. In fact, we are taking Gilbert to court.

WORST appraiser ever!!!! Came out to do an appraisal on a 4,000 sqft custom home with a basement and a guest house (guest house includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and small living room) and decided because there where no comps in the area that had these special features each where only worth $10,000. Why should we be punished for having these features? This appraiser gave us $20,000 for 1000 sqft; that’s $20 a sqft. I do not know anywhere that can build for $20 sqft!!! The going cost today is $150 a sqft. Do not use this appraiser if your mortgage company happens to choose him do not accept

Do not use this company! ! Gilbert Garcia came out to do an express appraisal, he charged us $1000. And said it would be turned in on Friday May 26, 2017. It was not! Phone call after phone call and texting several times, Gilbert told me 4 different times that he had emailed the appraisal. He lied! Then he started screaning my calls. I used my husbands phone. He answed on the first ring, I confronted him, he said he did lie and had not turned in the appraisal on June 7th. That is almost 3 weeks I've been waiting for him.
He said he had been busy trying to close on a house and move. I would have
