They immediately commenced their "endless endeavor" on their 7 acre farmette, pursuing vineyard and winery dreams. Our winery and vineyard is located on Pitkin Mesa one mile from downtown Paonia in the North Fork Valley. Amidst the beautiful West Elk Mountains, our view encompasses the Valley, Mt. Lamborn and Land's End, Gunnison Mountain, The Raggeds, and nearby Black Canyon and Grand Mesa.
Our south facing vineyard features fertile clay loam, kept lush in the high desert by Fire Mountain Canal irrigation. Where the Old World meets the New! Our young vineyard features the latest varieties of cold hardy North American hybrid grapes (Petite Pearl, Traminette, Crimson Pearl, Verona, and Itasca) that promise New World wines challenging the quality of Old World vinifera.

Comfortable and private lodging on our small winery and vineyard 1 mile north of Paonia. Spacious (more than 600 square feet) mini-apartment with bedroom, bath (tub with shower) and great room with kitchenette. Private access via outdoor stairway next to the winery tasting room/patio. Quiet and peaceful, the guest quarters is above the winery and set off from Fire Mountain Rd.
