Don't buy impossible to get parts your on your own if you have anything wrong with it they won't even sell you the parts. I have a one year old braxton creek bushwacker plus 15 fk. Side marker light went out because it wasn't sealed not a light bulb. Its a led on what looks like a computer board. If your dealership doesn't want to help your warranty useless.

I bought their 2021 Bushwhacker 10 FB teardrop trailer about 5 weeks ago. The rear galley door does not close properly, the AC does not work above an outside temp of 75C as it’s not sufficiently vented. The sound system is terrible and only one of the 4 speakers works. The overall finish is cheap and rough. These trailers are obviously built in a rush with poor QC.

Update:
I spoke to BC today. (03/29/2021) Great service from Crystal.
It appears my dealer dropped the ball several times and blamed BC for the 10 month repair delay. BC had long ago communicated about repairs.
Crystal was helpful and diligent in tracking down the issues and finding a solution.

As to the floor plan and price, they are great. As to their warranty department, I used the camper three days and it has been in the shop for 5 weeks. My dealer says that Braxton Creek warranty department will not respond to their efforts to get the parts to fix my RV. As the weeks go by this review may go down to one star. I have even called Braxton Creek with a promise of a return call and never get one.
