After visiting three other welding/fabrication shops in the area, all of which were either gone fishing or light staffed...
I came to Micheal at Luxx. He was also the only one there but heard my issue with compassion and knew he could do a quality quick fix I needed.
While he worked on my emergency weld repair, we talked about Amish life, my life as a full-time RVer, religion and consciousness. A friendship was formed and I really appreciate him as an awesome human being!

I needed an emergency repair on my pop up camper. The power plug had fallen out of its socket connection with the car, dragging on the road and burning the plug so it was unusable. I called around 9 am and was told to come right over, by 10:30 am we were back on the road. The cost to repair was very reasonable.

I had a significant issue with the brakes on my RV. I was only in town for a week and I could not find anyone to work on them. I was referred to Lonnie at Luxx and after learning of my situation he made time for me. I am eternally grateful for his willingness to help! Great guy, great service. Thanks again Lonnie!

While camping at Shipshewana Trading Place RV Park this week, we discovered our bearing cap was missing. Apparently when we had the bearings repacked in Michigan, the dealer didn’t put it on right and somewhere along our route, it fell off. Patty at the campground sent us to Luxx Custom Trailers. Lonnie was so helpful! He put on a new cap, made sure the other three caps were tight and sent us on our way. He didn’t charge us a dime! What great customer service he provided. We live in Valparaiso In. About 100 miles away from Shipshewana. We were looking for a 14' heavy-duty dump trailer and just couldn't find what we wanted in our area and I remembered seeing nice trailer equipment when we visited Shipshewana so I called and talked to Lonnie.
