Doesn't event deserve 1 star. Gave them a $500 check 5 months ago and still no trailer. It was supposed to be done first week of Feb. it is April. Still haven't started it and have given every excuse in the book.. Called today to ask for money back and they stated it was non refundable. That was not stated anywhere! Let them know we will be suing called my husband an a******* and hung up. Buyer beware NOT a reputable company

I purchased a 2021 Haulin 7x16+12 enclosed cargo trailer from John’s Trailer Sales. From my initial phone call to inquire about a trailer, I have received nothing but great customer service. At the time of my initial call, they did not have the trailer I wanted (size). After checking their website frequently, I found the one I was looking for. I called them to make sure it wasn’t purchased that day yet. When I arrived to purchase, the trailer was waiting up front for me to view. Pictures did not do it justice. Terry was very helpful with ordering our 28 foot cargo Express. Just picked it up today you wont get these guys excited, but they know what they are doing. No bs pricing no low balling don't go in to get a hug or you wont like it. This is the second trailer we have purchased from John's you will not find it cheaper.

They have a price, that is the price you pay. No haggling, as realistically they already have the lowest prices in the area. That said, if you want the royal red carpet treatment as a customer look elsewhere. I'm fine with a gruff 'mornin' greeting when I walk in the door if I'm saving $1000 on my purchase.

I needed a 20' trailer I contacted a trailer manufacturer, they sent me to Johns Trailer Sales, My take on them, they are a no nonsense trailer shop, they have a price, they have the best price I found, and they are very busy not much time for small talk. They went to the factory and got just what I wanted al done in less than 1 hour.
I have sent 2 more people there both buying trailers. Keep up the good work guys and keep the good prices.
