I have lived here for5 years. I moved here after my house burned down. It’s a very nice place . A lot of activities. A full calendar every month . Management very good to you and our maintenance team is excellent . I would recommend it highly . They even allow you to have pets .you have your own washer and dryer so you don’t have to share with anyone.

Place is fine to live, but when you move out they will keep your deposit and charge you extra for non-sense..it does not cost $1700. For cheap carpet that they use..taking advantage of disabled WWII veteran having to move to a nursing home...one of many properties that take advantage ..on top of the $1500 per month rent ..and they can't even plow the snow everyday for these people in the winter....

My wife and I have been looking for a place free of bad landlords and a place we could be happy in. We finally, after 7 years of moving from one place to another, found our sanctity! The staff, the amenities, great neighbors plus the burden off of our shoulders if anything goes wrong is tremendous! Now we don't have to worry about a thing! A lot of activities to keep you busy, a beautiful heated pool, exercise room, salon, etc. Don't pass up this opportunity to live care free....we didn't!
