I moved to utica after graduating college and lived there for 3 years. The apartment was cleaned, painted, and even had new carpets when I moved in. The two story-3 bdr apartment was perfect when guests could be entertained downstairs and you could sleep upstairs without getting disrupted. The office was always easily to contact, extremely caring and attentive to any issues. I moved out to live in a different city but I would have stayed there for much longer!

My name is Maria. I live at Hillside for almost 9 years. I have a family of seven. Believe me I enjoy living here and my family too. Maintenance is great and the women in the office, Gerry and Stephanie are great. When you have a problem they solve it quickly. the kids are save here and the rent wonderful. I recommend to anyone to come and live here if you have kids or if you plan on starting a family within a healthy community.

My roommates and I have lived here for just over a year now and we couldn't have asked for a better location, neighbors and great staff. The maintenance guys are great at fixing a problem ASAP. The office staff is top notch. Geri is so helpful with any problem we might have. I don't go see Geri just to pay rent, I go there to pay and talk to Geri. She has made my roommates and I feel like we are apart of her family. Whenever we walk in there she always greets us with a big smile. We couldn't ask for better neighbors. They are polite, quite and very friendly. I would recommend Hillside Garden Apts
