I lived at Deerfield Place for 2.5 years while attending graduate school at Utica College. I rented a 1 bed, 1 bathroom apartment. The experience at DP is wonderful and hard to match in the surrounding area. The combined location/ safety of the area and surrounding community along with all the long list of amenities (i.e. personal parking garage, gym, pool, clubhouse access, in unit washer/ dryer, snow removal, etc.) included make the price you pay fair/ decent. Close proximity to nearby shopping, Downtown Utica, New Hartford, and Adirondacks Mountains. As a single female, I always felt safe walking

I don't know who in this area would pay that much for an apartment, you can buy an amazing house in this area for a little over half of the rent to live here with 8 feet separating you from the next door neighbor. You would have to have more money than brains, or just be planning to stay very briefly to make this anything worth looking at. And to the owner, thank you in advance for offering to give a tour but have already seen the place hence the review.

Be very careful with your security deposit, they rip you off on the move, they have created a fraudulent statement and double charging, they accused me for the problems existed on their appliances which I reported many times they said is beyond repair , then they have a nerve to say I made the damage. The place is very unclean never they clean the gym there was dust everywhere, when I reported to the office they said you wipe it yourself. The maintenance team are not trained and my dishwasher was flashing out from the sewer back to the washer, they never fixed it, their manager from maintenance

I recently stopped over at Deerfield place luxury apartments. Upon driving over, I was not really sure what to expect, and WOW. Luxury is definitely the perfect word to describe the complex. If you are looking for a new apartment or townhouse, do yourself a favor and stop by Deerfield place and speak with Erika. You won’t be disappointed!

We are new to our Deerfield Place townhouse, after downsizing and selling our beautiful home in Trenton Falls. From the second we arrived and talked with the terrific staff, to touring the Clubhouse, gym and POOL, to viewing a few of the townhouses, WE WERE SOLD!!! We did not even look at another place.
AND, we could not be happier. WE LOVE IT HERE!!! It is quiet and lovely......we even have a woods and deer out our back terrace!!! It is amazing to have everything we need taken care of, including maintenance inside and out! And for the first time in our lives that we can remember, we are not shoveling

What an amazing property! The residents who live here are very cool. The apartments and townhouses are upscale and it's maintenance free living. If you're looking for one of the best living situations you can imagine, especially if you're downsizing, Deerfield Place is the perfect choice. There are so many amenities like a fitness center, outdoor pool, BBQ area and clubhouse just to name a few. Check them out and definitely consider being a part of their community. BTW, the staff is awesome!

This place is amazing! I had the pleasure to get a tour of this apartment complex today. The pictures don’t do it justice, you really need to stop in and see the state of the art amenities, I love the work out area and pool area! This community is family oriented... Just think NO mowing the lawn, NO shoveling snow, or maintaining the pool. I met the maintenance crew and how respectful and polite!!! I truly can’t say enough about Deerfield Place. If you need a place to rent, I highly recommend visiting Erica and Sara, you will truly feel right at home!
