As you may have read in the news or seen on TV, the veterinary industry nationwide is experiencing a significant increase in demand for veterinary care in conjunction with staffing shortages, leading to long wait times and difficulty getting appointments. Our region is no exception, with most clinics booked weeks out.
Many are not accepting new clients or have been forced to reduce hours or even close due to lack of staff. This crisis extends to local specialty centers and animal emergency hospitals. Our regional ER's are so overwhelmed they are almost always at capacity and may not be able to accept patients, even in a life-threatening emergency.

Best experience I have had at a vet! Our one year old golden doodle was not feeling well after over indulging on her 1st birthday!! I called around and got on their waiting list, someone cancelled about an hour later we were driving to Alley Pet Medical Center.
Super clean, friendly staff - overall a great experience. The best part was I could actually go in with her, due to Covid some vets (not naming names) make you hand off in parking lot and its just not the same.
We received a nice card in the mail checking on our pup and the doctor called us as well to see how she was recovering. These

I absolutely love these people. They are so kind and very accommodating. I've had lots of puppy issues with our first dog and have been in and out (unfortunately). They always do their best to squeeze us in. In general everyone is very warm and inviting and Kobe loves going in! So glad we found Ally Pet.

Dr. Roberts and her team are AMAZING. Our three dogs have been patients of Dr. Roberts for 8 years. They are all different breeds with different needs and the care they receive is top notch. I can't thank them enough for accommodating our anxious border collie. The team here truly feels like family.

I cannot recommend this vet enough. Because of our jobs, we travel somewhere new every 3 months and we frequently need to find a new vet for our pup who has chronic ear infections. This was hands down our favorite vet we've ever been to. Even in the middle of the pandemic, we had a phenomenal experience. Dr. Sagona and Dr. Worland are both terrific and I recommend them without hesitancy.

I REALLY wanted to post 5 stars and I hesitates to even give 4 because I feel what happened is important when working with animals.
Our dog has always had a super positive experience (loved) the vet. She is always wagging her tail and kissing on the warm welcoming techs. She loves Dr.Roberts and always comes out happy. Which is saying alot during pandemic times.
However today was a quite different experience. We only went in to weigh our pup. I hesitate to leave this in review. And wanted to call as well. However my issue was more so with one of the front desk staff so I hesitated to call.

I just have to give Dr. Robert's and her wonderful staff a round of applause. Never have I ever (with 6 dogs in my life) had a more compassionate and caring team take care of not just me but my animal. I know I have commented on this business before but I will not and down right refuse to see anyone else. From the front desk and how nicely they answer the phone to book my appointment to the nurse triaging us and asking all the right questions to Dr. Robert's thorough exams and caring heart to checking out with one of the ladies at the front desk... it is ALL above and beyond the best

This review is for the receptionist/customer service as my dog never received care by any of the vets here. After recently moving to the area, my dog started having urinary issues. After a couple of emergency vet visits, I reached out to Ally Pet MC to see if their vet could see my dog for follow-up as the emergency vet requested. Instead of giving a concerned dog parent a compassionate response and asking me questions about my appointment request, I received a curt response denying my request EVEN THOUGH they had appointments available. Last I checked, a receptionist has no clinical background

Really love these guys! The docs and the staff are clearly doing what they love and are extremely compassionate and caring. Especially important for us as we have older dogs. I also love that they are holistic practitioners, combining Eastern and Western medicine and methodologies. Perfect for me and our dogs!!

I've found our new vet! I really can't recommend Ally Pet enough. Everyone seems genuinely interested in my pets care. My pet doesn't shake when we arrive or when we leave like she did at other vets & groomers. And finally the cost is reasonable. I can't think of anything else I could possibly ask for from my Vet. I switched to them after my other vet had a backlog to get in, and I'm super glad I did. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I haven't been able to go inside, but even through this they've been very professional and put safety first.

Dr Roberts is amazing. I put my 100% trust in her and my dogs both love her also! She has helped me navigate through some difficult things with my 13 year old dog, and I couldn't imagine doing it with another vet. You can tell she truly loves animals and she will always recommend or go out of her way to do what's best... all with a positive and upbeat attitude! Honestly, the whole staff is amazing also. Very helpful and courteous.

Took our dog here to check on a wound on her leg and was happily impressed by this clinic. The staff was warm and friendly and the doctor was great. You could tell she really cares about the animals and doesn't try to up sell people. After paying an exorbitant amount at our last local vet, we're happy to bring our dog here now.

Dr. Roberts has been our doctor ever since she opened the clinic in Sammamish, she is caring and compassionate. Today we had a very difficult diagnosis and Dr. Roberts discussed with us all our options, we decided to do the most humane treatment for our family member, and she was with us the entire way. She came in on her day off and met us, walked us through the procedure and when everything was completed she took so caring lay our little one in her arms with so much love.

We recently adopted a kitten and took him to Ally Pet for his booster vaccine and a wellness exam, everyone I interacted with from front desk to the veterinarian was incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Worland spoke to me on the phone after the exam, provided a ton of useful information, and even sent us home with a goody bag (I assume it's a new patient special). I do feel like they genuinely care about your pets here and we'll definitely return for all future medical needs of our boy.

My experience with Dr Roberts and Ally pet has been incredible! Not only super fast service but also very thorough. They take the time to explain exactly what's going on and actually do a follow-up call the next day to make sure she's still doing well. I was amazed as to how quickly they got in touch with me based on some questions that I had. Both with phone and email they're very attentive. It was hard to switch to Alley pet because I loved Juanita Bay but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a new customer.

They were able to get our sick German Shepard in right away, with outstanding care! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and beyond helpful, especially during a stressful time for both owners any dog. Our dog ended up falling in love with everyone there! I would recommend anyone in Sammamish and surrounding areas to bring your pets to Ally, they are in the best hands!!

Had the absolute best veterinary experience here. During the Covid19 stay at home order, my dog suddenly lost the use of his back legs and was in terrible pain. Our regular vet was already overbooked but I didn't want to wait even a day so I called the closest place I could find, Ally. They were also already overbooked but when I described the issue, they got me right in. The staff and Dr. Worland were so wonderful to work with and they were especially upfront about pricing, making every effort to make diagnoses and treatment as affordable as possible. I definitely recommend taking your pet

The receptionist who answered my call to book the first appointment was very friendly and courteous. The check-in was easy and the reception area was bright, clean and smelled fresh. Dr. Roberts and her technicians were extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and had excellent 'bedside manners'.
So nice that this clinic is privately owned and not a 'corporate' clinic like a VCA or Banfield where you know they're pushing (unnecessary?) tests and procedures.

Our Chihuahua mix hurt her front paw and couldn't walk on it. Our regular vet could not see her. We live near Ally so we called to see if they would see her. Not only did they fit us in, but our entire experience with Ally was wonderful. The women at the front desk, were warm, welcoming and efficient. Dr. Worland was a pleasure. She was thorough and gentle with Zoey. Answered all our questions thoroughly. We were very pleased with her concern for Zoey and her thorough exam.

Very professional, caring and understanding. We adopted are mess of a Chihuahua. He'd been in and out of the vet prior to us adopting him. It was quite apparent to us that he was terrified for his first visit with us to the vet. We let the assistant that took the information that he has had a lot of trauma in his life, medically. When the Dr came in she was very good with the approach she took with our Earl. He definitely didn't want her in the room. She quickly befriended him and had him calmed down. Great new office for our pets--. Our cats never leave the house except for vet visits. Our house call vet recommended them for dental cleaning. All the staff here were very friendly, capable, and good at explaining the medical basis and costs for Mr. Pickles' treatment. Will definitely return here, and are recommending them to all our pet-owning friends...
