The heater would not come on and was only blowing cool air. After I did some basic troubleshooting I texted with a technician. I was able to get someone out after work the next day. Mazdak N. was cordial and tidy. He wore the booties the whole time while inside. He explained the problems with the system in easy to understand terminology without being rude. I even got a premium membership that includes 2 semiannual hvac system maintenance services. I would recommend this tech and this business.

Company is Professional, polite and great on communication. I was kept up to date of when the tech would arrive and the office was a pleasure to speak too.
Carlos was the technician and did a great job of explaining everything and honest about why parts were needed and not just trying to make sales.
After my first service I would recommend anyone to give them a call and sign up for the membership program.

We've been using BVS for several years now. They installed both of our HVAC systems and have been maintaining them ever since.
Some of the positives with BVS is the longevity of some of the technicians. Mazdak has been performing our service checks for the last two or three years. Which is nice as he is familiar with me, my family, and both… of my units.
Mazdak takes time to listen to any concerns I have and to explain his finding thoroughly and in a way I can understand. When he can find a way to save me money he does - and not always at the benefit to BVS (which speaks volumes in my book

I had a man come over for a free estimate. After he had given me the estimate. I thought it was too high. Almost $300 to change out a thermostat. I told him I would try someone else. That’s when he said I owed him $79 for a service call. I refused to pay him. I would never use them.

Mazdak, the consultant who came to service my air conditioner, was very kind and respectful. Additionally he took a lot of time to explain everything that is going on with my system, he showed me photos and videos of all the areas and explained it in a way I could understand. I highly recommend BVS.

I had an emergency call to get my AC back on. The tech showed up at least 2 hours later then originally stated. They recommended I get a entire new system, which would've been fine, but they lied about my compressor being dead and left my AC non-functional. My father came over and had it fixed within 10 mins. BVS tried to make money off of my desperation. They cherry on top of that is they're overpriced. This company does not care about you.

My father's AC went out, they were prompt in going out there, but they really overcharge and in my opinion took advantage of a senior citizen who was panicked, overheated in the Texas heat. He is in his 70s and doesn't comprehend as well as he used to. My first major issue is they did not give him lower priced options. They charged $7500 for replacing his condenser, evaporator coil and thermostat. I have seen a lot of HVAC quotes from replacement of condensers to full new HVAC installs in homes, here in California where our labor costs are higher, in homes that didn't have central

We did business with BVS for about fifteen years. It started when our A/C went out at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon, and our former A/C company wouldn't even answer the phone. We called BVS, and they sent someone out within thirty minutes. The tech fixed the problem, and after that experience, we gave BVS 100% of our HVAC business. For years, they never disappointed us. Their techs were always polite and respectful, and they provided top-notch service at competitive prices. Rene provided most of our HVAC service for a long time, and we couldn't ask for a nicer tech or better service

I called to set up for maintenance service (office very knowledgeable, polite, everything I wanted). I have a newer system that's about 3 years old but everyone around me a/c units were breaking and they were calling me to use my portable ac unit. I didn't want to take any chances w/ my unit so I took a chance w/ Brazos after reading the google reviews. My schedule was limited but they were able to schedule me on my requested day in the same week with a late appt, 5-7. I got a call around 6pm to resch b/c by the time the tech gets there it would be after dark. I understand service

Tyler from Brazos Valley did a great job getting my A/C ready for summer. I was a little concerned that he was suggesting extra work that wasn't necessary but after looking at my unit, listening to it run AND feeling how much cooler the air was I knew it was worth every penny. To be able to call an A/C company on a non-emergency basis at 5 p.m. on a Monday and have everything taken care of by 1 p.m. on Tuesday is amazing.
