Excellent experience... i was the first customer when I showed up at 830 AM on a Tuesday, she took me right away and the window was replaced in literally 20 minutes. They even vacuumed the glass from the break-in out of the interior, saving me from my next trip to a car wash, so I was able to go home and back to sleep instead. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Very dissatisfied with service. My husband took our SUV in to Ajax to have the windshield replaced. When our vehicle was returned it started making a loud sound when we drove on the highway over 70mph. We took it back a 2nd time only to receive an excuse about it being the rubber molding between the hood and the windshield and was told to go to the dealership to order the molding. Yes.. thanks for the suggestion, we're going to dealership to get it fix the right way!!

The lady was fast to help me find out what was wrong with my car. Then quoted me 170 + tax to get it done but I had to wait 3 days for the part to come in! Went down the street to a used parts place, got the part for 54 dollars that day, watched a you tube video, and installed it the next day no issues. Not sure why they didn't shop around for the part? But it saved me almost 120 dollars. I'll take it.

I had to get a windshield replaced today I called about 10 am and was quoted a price that was half the price as the cheapest one I could find that comes installed. They said I could get it done right away. I left on my lunch to have the work done , they were nice and superfast. So during a working day I had a new windshield installed then I had my car inspected by another place all while I was working . I finished work at 4 with my car complete for less than 300. Bucks. Plus not losing any paid work time. Ajax Auto made my day thank you for the job well done o. The Elantra Monday around noon.

They require that you come IN PERSON to give a deposit for them to order the windshield, then you have to come back 3 hours later when it arrives to drop your car, then 4 to 5 hours later you have to come back to pick up your car, CRAZY. They will not take a deposit over the phone, very unacceptable. I went somewhere else and got my windshield replaced the same day without such hassle. Why wouldn’t you take care of the deposit over the phone? How do they even stay in business?

Found this place on google maps & it has decent reviews - so I thought why not?! I called in Monday for a quote & came in to drop off the deposit so they could order the window overnight (you can probably also do a credit card deposit over the phone). This place was PACKED on Monday at noon, but you could telll everyone was working hard and running around to get things done.
