Worst ever to book a doctor’s appointment. Last year, i have scheduled to this Internist doctor, when i came in the dr’s office the receptionist told me that the doctor is leaving the practice in physician regional so she said if i want to have this other doctor, well since i don’t want to waste my time since i was there. So okay!... Feb 2021 i booked my appointment with this primary doctor, and i have to wait for “1MONTH and a HALF”to be on her schedule, so i patiently waited! Then guess what they just cancelled my appointment yesterday, which is my appointment supposed to be today!

I went to the emergency room with what is probably bursitis in my shoulder. I had a pain level of 9 out of 10. We were there for 3 hours and NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. I asked about an MRI since that was what was done the last time I had bursitis. The doctor was very non-committal and said that I probably wouldn't want to wait the time it would take for the MRI. My guess is that there wasn't anyone in the hospital to read the MRI. When I asked about a cortisone injection, his comment was "I don't know how to do that." Are you kidding me?! They will only call an orthopedic surgeon in if there is a broken

In regards to one doctor from Physicians Regional:
Dr. Raymundo Caparros, is exactly what is wrong with our Health System in the United States and why he is practicing here instead of the Philippines.
I was scheduled today to meet this doctor for a Follow up from Urgent Care, In order to get back to work, I need to be cleared by a Pulmonologist. *This is part of a workers comp claim due to Chlorine Inhalation Poisoning. At the time the appointment was scheduled, they were made aware it was for workers comp. ONLY AFTER I set aside time in my day, time I could have been been working a side job

The nurses in the post operative recovery unit were completely incompetent. I have never experienced such poor care. One nurse, Thomas, was arrogant, and downright rude. Him and the other on call nurse were pathetic (arguing, rolling eyes at surgeon’s orders, overhead complaining that they won’t get any sleep on here shift tonight because of me, while I am vomiting, passing out, and have 10 hours of urine in my bladder pressing on my incision). I did not trust these nurses for my care and will never return to this hospital.

Worst experience EVER! My husband went in for a broken heel, and they kept him for 3 days before he saw an ortho. My husband has a heart condition that he has known about for 13 years, and they wanted to clear him for surgery on his foot when it was NOT even necessary! The walker they gave my husband to use was way small for him and no one even helped him with it. They sent the Financial Counselor to see him on the 3rd day (before the ortho was able to see him) and gave us the bill for almost 19k for the hospital ONLY. My husband became upset. The experienced nurses were able to deescalate the

My experience could not have been better! I arrived Saturday around 10am with head & lung issues from a probable upper respiratory infection. Every person from the receptionist to the Physician Assistant were friendly, personable & professional. The Nurse, Felix and the PA, Nicole, quickly diagnosed my infection, provided me with prescriptions and we were out of the building within 45 minutes.

I have been admitted to this hosp. several times. Each time the Dr.s and nurses have been wonderful; my well being at the top of their lists. However, the PCT's (most all of them) need to find a new profession. This, obviously, is NOT one they enjoy doing.
I loved the many choices given for any one meal and the fact that you can have the lunch menu at dinner time was over the top.
If something was forgotten on your tray, the kitchen staff would gladly go get it for you. No ???? asked!!!
Thanks all for making the best of my unfortunate.

Avoid this hospital the service is horrible. They will make you wait between 3 to 4 hours in the waiting area unless you are actually dying. If you ask How long do you still have to wait? they will claim that they are very busy and they have no available rooms. However when you are walking towards your room you can clearly see that the rooms are empty except one or two rooms. Just by walking in they already charge you close to $600 and then the prescriptions that they give away are never right. After expending all night there the next day you can not get treatment because they take for ever to make
