We were skeptical about installing a sliding glass door into a stucco house built in 1955. Everyone was saying: think twice, it's really hard to repair the stucco if something went wrong, blah, blah, blah.
We were really impressed with the craftsmanship of the installation. Looks great and really opens up the kitchen. Love it.

Mike and John did a fantastic job on our kitchen cabinet refacing. We priced several options - this was clearly the best value! We could keep our counter-tops and back splash but looks like a whole new kitchen! All new hardware with lots of extra features and storage. They even custom-made a few pieces and gave great advice on how we could improve flow and use. The only reason we would give less than 5 stars was due to longer timelines than expected and one set of doors that were the wrong size and had to be redone from the manufacturer, which takes even longer. We are highly dissatisfied with Croixside Home Improvements. We DO NOT recommend using them for your kitchen. After the initial estimate with Mike, it has been disappointment after disappointment:
- Delays in product orders.
- Unreliable timeline (estimated 8-10 weeks resulted in total of 7 months.)
- Subpar subcontractors essentially causing our kitchen to be redone twice.
- Lack of communication/unprofessional with delayed responses to our concerns throughout the entire process.
- Incorrect initial measurements causing reorders.
- Reorder color was wrong and owner Mike being dishonest about

Croixside replaced 13 windows on the main level of our 130 year old house. Our experience with them was outstanding, from the sales process through the final inspection. The installer, Matt, was great to work with, and our windows are beautiful inside and out. They helped us to choose windows that would match the style of the old ones, so in many ways everything looks exactly the same inside, which is what I wanted. Highly recommend.

We recently had eight windows replaced by Croixside. We live in a nearly 100 year old home, and ironically, it was the windows replaced in (we think) the early 1970s that were the most awful - drafty, poorly insulated and rickety. So we started with those, in our kids' rooms and two bathrooms. We also had one completely new window put in, where there was formerly just a tiny vent window.

Croixside replaced 7 windows, including one that was unique in size and nature, on our 1920's house. They did a great job helping us choose windows that would match the original interior while providing much needed installation and increased security. Mike was fantastic to work with, always upfront and honest with us and made payment plans simple and easy to understand. John did our installation and did a wonderful job, even creating custom trim for us when ours was rotted out. Croixside replaced 7 windows on my house and did a great job. We were impressed by the attentiveness of the "windowman John" who did the work. My children were enamored with him, and his patience and kindness to them really impressed me. And the windows look great! We were dissatisfied with our screens, so owner Mike went to bat for us and got those replaced. Aside from looking great and being super easy to clean, open, and lock, we are excited to see what energy savings we will have in the winter! A good company, one that you'd want to work with.

Croixside installed 12 windows at my home this winter. Mike was very informative and gave us an incredibly fair price. Financing was easy, and Croixside was quick and efficient with our order and installation. Even in the dead of winter. The installation was very clean and the team was respectful of my home. My windows improved the look of our home significantly! And we have noticed a definite improvement in our need for heating/cooling. Looks great! Would definitely use again and would recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Croixside Home Improvements to update one of our doors and could not be happier with the result! During the project estimate Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and great about explaining just how to go about updating our door and which kind exactly would best fit our needs. We had to do a custom door due to the existing framework but for Croixside that wasn't an issue at all.
