They are so cold. They ignored me for 15 minutes. All I needed to do was check my blood pressure. Finally she asked me if I was picking up and I said no and told her what I needed. She said oh it’s right there. Well you didn’t have to leave me standing at the front desk for so long looking like a dummy. I took my blood pressure and left saying thank you and the pharmacist did say “sure anytime!” Everytime I go in there they look at me with disgust. I have only been there a few times but I just feel this cold feeling when I get there. They do NOT pass the vibe check.

Was transferring to this pharmacy from Hephzibah pharmacy since it’s closer to me. They were to call Hephzibah pharmacy on 9/1/2021 to get my prescriptions transferred over and fill them. It’s now 9/8/2021 and I need my prescriptions today and was informed they never even called Hephzibah pharmacy and got the prescriptions transferred over. When I asked why I was told they’re busy today. It has nothing to do with today. This was to be done a week ago from today. When I asked why that wasn’t done last week the female then states “we’re busy” and hung up on me. Don’t waste your time

I went to the living well pharmacy on hwy 56 in Augusta GA to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist ran the insurance and found he would be losing money, so he reversed it and told me if I wanted it filled then I would have to pay cash for it. The prescription was 120.00. There is a big shortage on this medication and he was the only pharmacist that could fill it, but he said he had to pay a higher price for the drug and if I didn’t pay cash then he wouldn’t fill it for me. I called the insurance company and they said they could see where he ran it then reversed it. So if you there is a

Pharmacist is rude very rude. Don't ever ask them to work. I asked them to transfer my script they said ok. Later I get the pharmacist calling me almost yelling with a nasty attitude saying they are not spending money making a phone call to transfer my meds. That's sorry. Don't waste your time and money.
