At Integrity Auto I had the best used car buying experience ever in my 50 plus years of buying cars. Being 73 years old I have bought 2 brand new cars, a 1968 Cuda, a 1971 Maverick, and too many used cars to count since 1973. Greg sold me his fathers 2009 Silverado 1500. What a beautiful truck. Being in the tire business the last 20 years of working, I know a lot about good customer service. I observed Greg on two different occasions and he knew his customers first names. The best quality in a salesperson is to associate faces with first names.

This review is long overdue! I’m sitting at home, updating my cell phone. I came across Integrity Auto’s name & number from some ignition work I received 2 months ago. I distinctly recall calling Greg’s office staff and how positively well Chris’s phone etiquette affected me! After my subsequent appointment, I remember exclaiming all the following to my wife when I arrived home. From now on, we plan to continue going back for all our vehicle needs.

You couldnt get better service! Owner is involved every step of the way from scheduling to test driving, selling cars, fixing the cars, simple diagnostics, Ny State Inspections and cashing his customers out! Hes a great family guy and does believe by doing his customers right! Both my husband and I, as well as my in-laws, take all of our cars to him!

Integrity Auto Sales is a great place to do business! Exactly as the business name; they have integrity! They will give you any information they can about the service/product you are getting. They don't do work you haven't asked to be done. They ask you first or tell you first if there is a problem! The employees are kind and courteous. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I will be returning for any future work that I need done on my car.
