I offer individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of the unique people who walk through my door. With training and interest in working with patients across the lifespan coming from diverse backgrounds, I have special interest in working with emerging adults (older teens to 30's), couples, and military/veterans.
More broadly, I work well with patients struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, anger, depression, and anxiety. As a psychologist, my training, research, and personal experience has taught me that there is no such thing as "one-size fits all" when it comes to therapy and change.

Services
I am a clinical psychologist, fully licensed in the state of Michigan. Originally from the east coast, I completed my MA and PhD at Fordham University in New York City. I completed my clinical training in Michigan, doing my pre-doctoral clinical internship at the Mary A. Rackham Institute at the University of Michigan and post-doctoral fellowship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit.
I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Grounded in the person-centered research literature and my own clinical experience, I believe that you play the most important role in producing real and lasting change. Your choice to begin therapy is the first step on this journey. That said, my role as the psychotherapist is to work together with you to find your own answers to the struggles that have brought you into therapy.
