It is very difficult to achieve the highest standards of quality and safety using manual welding, especially on tubing. This is due to varying positions required to weld around and bent tubing that requires a welder to change positions while welding to access the whole surface. Each time a welder changes his position mid-weld, it creates an opportunity to generate a point of failure.
Essex Bay Engineering is a specialist in tube bending with state-of-the-art tube bending machines. We run across many applications that require tube bending. That's why we've taken it upon ourselves to develop an expertise in that particular part of the manufacturing process. We have the ability to bend metal tubing ranging in size from one-eighth inch (1/8") to an inch and a half (1").
