We had a house fire in February and our insurance recommended ATS Restoration. Our project manager was Tom Burns and we couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. Tom was very helpful with the decision making since we had to have our house completely rebuilt. Any issue we had Tom would get resolved quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with how our house turned out and are extremely thankful that Tom was there to help guide us through everything.

I would highly recommend Aaron and his ATS crew. He was willing to go above and beyond and restore my bathroom and dining room back to original condition after the main sewage pipe backed up and caused water damage. They were timely and speedy. They estimated 3-4 weeks and we’re done just shy of 3 weeks. He was able to upgrade part of my bathroom with matching tile from my bedroom. It was amazing they were able to match it perfectly and the upgrade charge was minimal. The bathroom looks better than ever.

ATS worked our entire project from water mitigation to interior restoration. We had several pipes burst during last February's winter storm that required the entire upstairs and downstairs restored from the floor up. They worked quickly and Tom was responsive to every question and need we had. He helped me source great material and had a friendly staff. ATS also has a great office staff who patiently helped me through all my insurance questions.

Tom Burns was exceptional to work with. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. He always responded promptly whether text or phone call. His time schedule for processes to execute were right on time. He explained each process that were to occur each day. Very high quality work and cleaned up behind their daily work. Tom was very easy to work with compared to the remodels we have done in the past with other companies. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Superb workmanship!!
