Critical: Quality
Lacking in communication and forgetting things. One might feel as if they are selling their house on their own! If you want that for a realtor, have Janiece the broker! She'll make you feel like that right up to the end!

They didn't keep appointment or return phone calls leaving me to conclude my budget wasn't big enough for them to mess with. Glad I found out what they were like before I decided to significantly raise my budget!
