I would not refer this company to anyone for an appraisal. The appraisal wasn't received so we called to check on the status.
The woman who called was very rude. When I let her know we hadn't received the appraisal she said she emailed, her response was 'Well I don't know what to tell you'.....
I wanted to say 'Well I know what to tell you, if you don't resend it, you will not get paid for it'
Just very poor customer service, she was rude for no reason.
