I am self employed, and called to see about getting a health care insurance policy. I spoke with Dana who took the initiative to ask me who my doctors were so that he could find policies that would allow me to keep them. He asked me what my incomes was to see what, if any, tax credits I may be eligible for. He explained the costs and benefits of the different options.
