I was moving so fast with work that I forgot about my experience with this company. I went back and read some other reviews and realized that I was blessed to have spoken with Ms. Desiree. She was knowledgeable, understanding and caring with the hard process of securing housing. I won’t be moving in right now, but in the future, I will and Desiree is who I want to assist with the smooth transition from one state to another.

I’ve been looking for places and calling around, the whole ordeal has been frustrating. I called and spoke to Desiree and she made me feel so much better. I came to the office and she showed me different options and put me on the waiting list. There is nothing like good customer service. Can’t wait to my spot becomes available!

I’ve been residing here for about a year in a half and it has been the worst experience that I’ve ever had in an apartment complex. The entrance of the complex looks clean, but if you live anywhere in the rear of the complex you’ll have a completely different outlook. As I’m writing this the grounds keepers literally came and got off the golf cart and picked up one piece of trash and got back on the golf cart and left .Completely neglected to go anywhere near the back of the building. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been living here since 2018. My experience has been horrible since signing my lease. We have had issues on top of issues since moving in. Roaches, gnats, black mold, water leaks, as well as electric problems. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The women at the rent office have awful customer service. We’ve asked over and over to just be moved to another unit but haven’t had any luck with that, instead maintenance will come out only to “look at” and do a half a** job on fixing whatever issue we’re having or not even come back to fix it at all.
