The landscape is well kept. My friend's apartment look modern inside and the apartment overall had a very livable space and gave me a feeling of home. However, the apartment directly across music was on blast upon initially entering my friend's apartment, and later on, as we exit for lunch and came back to her apartment the breezeway smelled like weed. The smell was so strong you think someone was just left after smoking several joints.

I literally was trying to book an appointment and a lady named Keisha was highly rude. I barely stepped two feet on the property and was pushed away, also not a single person is practicing social distancing. I’ve opened up a practice not to far and I definitely would not refer this place to a single person.

This place will waste your time. We have been calling this place all last week to get info on leasing here. Nobody ever answered so my sister and I decided to go to the apartments in person. When we got there the lady met us outside and told us they have a 6 month to a year waiting list!!! Why not just answer the phone and tell people that or at the very least put it on your answering machine or stop listing that you have availability!

I changed my 5 star rating to one star rating. If I could give them a zero I would. Im very disappointed. I went to tour this apartment complex in February and it was very nice. I told the leasing agent I was interested in moving there and filled out pre app. The leasing agent stated they will give me a call close to my moving time in May or June. I call this week to check with them and a leasing agent stated someone sent me an email about an availability they had and I never received it or an call. Plus leasing agent act like they couldn't find my pre application. Agent stated that they had an

Wish I could rate Arcadi a -0, I’ve been here 6yrs to many. Run forest runnnnn... one of the most beautiful properties in the Fairburn area thanks to the groundsmen for always doing a great job, However the ghetto, disrespectful people and their guest who don’t take pride in where they live is the issue. Unfortunately this is a mix community of income based, tax credit and market rate. The walls are paper thin, I’ve had two different up stairs neighbors with kids that they literally let run around from dusk to dawn and the office tells me they will send letters and there’s only so much

Terrible place...the manager doesn’t care about the tenants at all. She’ll talk about the tenants right after they walk out the door. The property manager called a older women with an oxygen tank UGLY!! Every since she has been manager 5 people have left that job & if she doesn’t like you she’ll be vindictive to try and get you fired and the regional manager is so blind to it all. And make sure to not tell your business because the managers will talk to other tenants about your personal business!!!!

I’ve been living here almost 2years and I must say the leasing office manager and staff is great! The property can be a bit trashy over the weekend when kids have been playing or whatever the case may be but when maintenance come in Monday morning all the debris is taken care of. Arcadia also have events on holidays and the news letters always come each month!! I love the paperless newsletter btw😊 I will continue my lease for another year due to the satisfaction of this property.
