Need to be tore down and built again. The staff in office don't do much of a job

I have been a resident here for 4 years. I do appreciate my concerns being addressed in a timely manner. I feel safe and secure as a single woman. Its overall quiet and peaceful daily. I do strongly recommend Highland Willows.

Just the other day I had got stung by a Hornet ( ouch), but what really put the stinger in my skin, was the Leasing Agent's "Sercastic-Behavior". She was more concerned with telling me that, "she could not speak with a 3rd Party then of "I'm sorry Ma'am but are you alright?( and this wouldn't be the 1st time, having to deal with her "Unprofessional-Behavior".) I just thank "God", that this Hornet sting me instead of my daughter who is 9. We are "Marching" in the streets against "Poor" behaviors such as this. These are older apartments but very affordable compared to others. They could use an upgrade but other than that my stay here has been decent.

I fill out the application got a call back said some about the Equifax call them to see why my credit score wasn't showing. They fix iy been calling back leaving emails calling everyday they took my application fee when I told them it's showing. Now nobody isn't picking up the phone or say that perosn isn't in this isn't how you do business at all!

My brother just moved in 2 months ago. Since then he has had a pest problem, a plumbing problem, and now the water heater is busted. When trying to get clarification on the pending water heater maintenance request the lady became short and facetious with us when all we wanted was clarification. She was very rude and unprofessional. As tenants you want to feel as if these people that take your money every month actually have a piece of concern about the units they rent out and not treat the tenant as if they are a nuisance when they have a legitimate concern.
