Really happy with the repair on my wife's 25 year old ring. Great experience dropping it off, and fixed within the flexible timeframe I requested and also within the cost range you gave me! Really nice folks here.

I had a horrible experience here. I dropped a ring off for consignment here in October of 2017. They were supposed to reset my diamond into my engagement ring setting and place it on consignment. After not hearing from them after a few months , I called to check on it. I was told that couldn’t find the ring, and then after a few hours they said they found it and it was still for sale. I decided to stop by in July of 2018 to pick my ring up and sell it elsewhere. I discovered that my ring had been in a drawer in the back this whole time and the diamond was still loose. It was never placed back

Brian went above and beyond to help me with selecting the perfect ring to present to the love of my life. He worked with me over a month on all the specifics and details of what I wanted. He was willing to allow any convenience I requested, including multiple payments. The ring I selected was absolutely pristine and very high quality. I presented it to my love and she was stunned. Often, we have to stop and marvel at how brilliant the diamond is. It's like looking at never-ending fireworks whenever we want. I will definitely be doing any future business with Hendersonville Jewelers.
