We could not be happier with our new home! David was with us every step of the way, from the initial planning until even after our moving day. David and his entire team did such a remarkable job of making our dream of building a home in the mountains come alive. From the moment we met David we knew he was the right man for the project. He was patient with us but also willing to work at our pace (quickly) to finish the house in a timely manner. His absolute commitment to quality has been so appreciated by us now that we have enjoyed the house for some time. He cared about our home like it was his own and was committed to making it exactly how we wanted it. Building a home can be stressful but David made it a fun and rewarding experience

When we were looking for bids for our complicated, time-sensitive, commercial remodel, David was the only person to be optimistic enough to say it was possible in our time-frame, and on a budget we could stomach. Managing 40+ sub contractors and meeting our deadline, David got us through the most intimidating, yet rewarding project we had ever taken on. We are grateful for his professionalism and integrity, and plan on teaming up with him in the future!

David was hired to build us a new home in Crested Butte. We interviewed a few good general contractors and we had no doubt that David was the man for our house. Throughout the building process, he was honest and helpful with many decisions. The house is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I can honestly say that I enjoy every day living in it. Not only did we get a beautiful home, but we gained a good friend.

We love our new home built by David Gross GC. His crew is awesome and responsive and does beautiful work. David has been quick to check on us and the house since we moved in April 2020. Any last minute items he has assured us he would order them and get them installed, and he and his team did! The quality of work on the inside and outside of the house is amazing and more than we could have imagined!
